Hotel near Aquafan: the Riviera’s most famous water park
Aquafan is one of Italy’s most famous water parks. Its 90,000 m² of fun and thrills have been delighting visitors since 1987.
Featuring thrilling slides, pools, and iconic attractions, it’s a must-visit destination for fun for the whole family.
The must-see attractions:
Fiume Rapido
Aboard a rubber raft, you’ll tackle the rapids of a mountain river, navigating twists, eddies, and small bottlenecks along the way. Wait for a push from another raft… and take off at full speed.
Kamikaze
One of the park’s most iconic attractions. In fact, they say that “if you haven’t gone down the Kamikaze, you’ve never been to Aquafan.” Two 90-meter-long slides send you hurtling down at nearly 70 km/h, while a stopwatch at the bottom records your time and a siren sounds for the fastest run.
Fun fact: do you know who inaugurated this attraction in 1991? The then-world ski champion Alberto Tomba. But, when it came time to try it… he chose to back out!
Twist
Three long, enclosed tubes that twist and turn in a spiral for a lightning-fast ride through twists and turns and splashes of water.
Only for the bravest!
Wave Pool
The park’s largest pool spans 2,800 m² and reaches a depth of 3 meters. Every hour, the ringing of a bell signals the arrival of the waves, which challenge you to stay afloat while performing jumps and acrobatics.
Fiume Lento
Hop onto a comfortable single-seater tube and let the current carry you along gently: the perfect way to relax in the sun and enjoy a peaceful ride on the water.
But there's more: there are many other attractions waiting for you, ensuring a fun-filled day.
