Mantovani Hotels is located in Rivazzurra, Rimini and consists of two 3-star hotels:
Hotel Mariù and Hotel Murano. Both properties are located on Viale Viareggio, opposite each other, about 200 meters from the sea and a few minutes' walk from the partner beach.
How far are the Mariù and Murano Hotels from each other?
The Mariù and Murano Hotels are opposite each other, on the same street.
Is it possible to book a specific hotel between Mariù and Murano?
No, we usually assign the best room based on availability and the needs you specify when booking. However, if you have a specific preference, we’ll do our best to meet it if possible.
When is Mantovani Hotels open?
Mantovani Hotels is a seasonal property that is open during the summer, generally from May to September.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our hotels offer 24-hour reception service, allowing you to check in whenever you like. On the day of your arrival, your room will be ready starting at 12:30 PM if you’re staying on a Full Board or All-Inclusive basis; it will be ready starting at 2:00 PM if you’re staying on a B&B basis.
If your room is not yet available upon arrival, you can leave your luggage at the hotel and start enjoying your vacation right away, for example, by heading to the beach.
Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Is late check-out available?
Late checkout is subject to room availability and carries a small fee that varies depending on the time of year. We'll confirm the availability the day before, so you can better plan your day.
Is it possible to leave luggage after check-out?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the hotel for free after check-out.
What types of board plans are available?
At Mantovani Hotels in Rivazzurra, Rimini, you can choose from a variety of board plans depending on the type of holiday you prefer:

What payment methods do you accept?

How can I confirm my booking?
To confirm your booking, a deposit equal to 30% of the total stay is required.
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or by credit card.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 7 days before arrival (by 11:59 PM on the 7th day prior to your check-in date). In this case, the deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel 6 days or fewer before your arrival date, or if you fail to show up, your deposit will be retained. However, we may issue a voucher for the same amount, which can be used for a future stay and is also valid for the following season.

Is the tourist's tax included in the price?
No, the City of Rimini’s tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the hotel.
For 3-star hotels in Rimini, the fee is €2.50 per person per day, for a maximum of 7 consecutive nights.
There are some exemptions. For a complete list of exemptions, please refer to the official regulations of the City of Rimini or contact us for more information.

What types of rooms are available?
At Mantovani Hotels in Rivazzurra, Rimini, we have different types of rooms available:
- Comfort Rooms
These rooms are more spacious and feature more amenities than the Economy Rooms. They have a private bathroom with shower enclosure and mini-fridge.
- Connecting Rooms
Ideal for large families. They consist of a double bedroom connected to a second bedroom (twin or triple) and feature two bathrooms.
Mini-fridge available upon request and for rent (rental cost: €5.00 per day).
- Economy Rooms
These are the most essential and compact rooms in the property, featuring a private bathroom with a handheld shower (without a shower enclosure). A mini fridge is available on request for rental (€5.00 per day)
All rooms at Mantovani Hotels are simple yet functional, featuring a private bathroom, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a safe, and a small balcony or private balcony
There are no significant differences between the rooms at Hotel Mariù and those at Hotel Murano.

Are the rooms air conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi?
Yes, all our rooms have adjustable air conditioning and free Wi-Fi to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Do the rooms have a sea view?
No, our hotel doesn't have a sea view, but the beach is very close: only 200 meters away!
Is it possible to request cribs, cots, and bed rails?
Yes, upon request, we can provide free bed rails and a cot/crib for €10 per day.
We recommend that you let us know when booking, so we can arrange everything before your arrival.
Restaurant
Are there options for special diets, food intolerances, or gluten-free options?
For breakfast, we offer gluten-free products from the Schär line, which can be requested directly from the dining room staff.
For special diets or other food intolerances, please contact us before your stay. We'll assess your needs to ensureyou are provided with suitable meals and to make your holiday at Mantovani Hotels in Rivazzurra, Rimini, as enjoyable as possible.
Please note, however, that in the case of celiac disease, our kitchen is not equipped to prevent gluten cross-contamination, therefore we cannot guarantee completely gluten-free lunches and dinners.
How do breakfast, lunch, and dinner work?
Breakfast is available from 7:30 AM to 10:45 AM in the Hotel Murano breakfast room and is served as a buffet.
Every morning, our mother Angela prepares homemade cakes and tarts, pancakes, classic and filled croissants with chocolate, jam, or cream, yogurt, and cereal. Savory options like pizza, eggs, bacon, sausages, and grilled vegetables are also available.
Lunch and dinner are served at Hotel Mariù.
First courses, main courses, and desserts are served at the table, while vegetables, appetizers, and side dishes are available at the buffet.
If you choose All-Inclusive, you also have unlimited water and 1 liter of wine or soft drinks on tap per room per day.

Is there a children's menu available?
Yes, every day we offer special children's menus, with simple, tasty dishes designed to be balanced and suitable even for the little ones.

Beach
Is there a partnership with a beach club?
Yes, Mantovani Hotels in Rivazzurra, Rimini, has a partnership with Golden Beach – Bagni 119/120 Manfroni, which is about a 5-minute walk away.
Beach service is always included in the All-Inclusive option.
If you have booked other board options, you can still reserve this as an additional service for a small extra fee.

Is Rivazzurra beach suitable for children?
Yes! Rimini beach is renowned for its shallow, safe waters, making it suitable for families with children. Furthermore, lifeguards are available 7 days a week, from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.

What does the All-Inclusive package include?
The Mantovani Hotels All-Inclusive package includes:
- breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant
- unlimited water + 1 liter of drinks or wine on tap per day per room
- beach service with 1 beach umbrella and 2 sunbeds starting from the fifth row from the sea at Golden Beach – Bagni 119/120 in Rivazzurra
- Parking included
- Free entry to the Beach Village water park in Riccione
- Sunday aperitif in the garden
- Free Wi-Fi and air conditioning
The All-Inclusive option is available for stays of 5 nights or more.
If you'd like to reserve a beach umbrella in the front rows, you can request it at check-in or directly on the beach, paying an extra charge at the beach club.

Are there free bicycles available?
No, at Mantovani Hotels we do not have bicycles for guests.
However, very close to the hotel there's a Bike Rental with Cobran bikes.
Bikes are ideal for getting around easily along the seafront promenade or for a ride through the area’s streets, making them perfect for exploring Rimini at your own pace.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, Mantovani Hotels has two parking lots:
- on-site parking, (unattended; limited spaces available)
- a secure private parking lot located 50 meters from the property
Parking is included in the quote for stays of at least 5 nights and in the All-Inclusive package.
For those who don't have this service included in their package, the price per parking space varies according to the season and must be paid directly to the hotel.
To access the car park, you will be issued a card which must be returned upon check-out (by 10:00 AM).
Is there an elevator in the hotel?
Yes, there's an elevator at both the Hotel Murano and the Hotel Mariù.
What services are available for families with children?
At Mantovani Hotels in Rivazzurra, we offer a variety of services designed to make your holiday more comfortable and enjoyable, even for those traveling with children:

Do you have a pool?
No, Mantovani Hotels doesn't have a pool. However, the sea is very close: the beach is about 200 meters away and can be easily reached with a short walk. We also offer all our guests free admission to Beach Village —a water park with pools and water slides—about a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
Pet-Friendly
Do you allow pets?
Yes, Mantovani Hotels is pet-friendly. We allow pets of all sizes.
Please let us know at the time of booking so we can organise your stay in the best possible way. We also remind you to bring your pet’s health record booklet with you on holiday.
Can I bring my dog into the restaurant?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the restaurant or the breakfast room.
However, you can take advantage of the outdoor veranda, where you can dine with your pet.
How to reach us
How to reach Mantovani Hotels?
Mantovani Hotels is located in Rivazzurra, Rimini, on Viale Viareggio, about 200 meters from the sea. It's easy to get there by car, train, or plane.
By car:
Exit at the Rimini Sud motorway toll booth and follow the signs for Rimini – Marina Centro and Ospedale Infermi di Rimini. Continue along Via Chiabrera and then Viale Firenze until the roundabout. Turn right, continue towards Marebello and then Rivazzurra. Pass Lo Zodiaco restaurant and you’ll find us at the second street on the right: Viale Viareggio.
By train:
If you're coming from the north, get off at Rimini station. From there, you can take a regional train south and get off at Miramare station (about 4 minutes). Walk for another 10 minutes.
If you're coming from the south, get off at Riccione station. You can also take a regional train northbound and get off at Miramare station.
Alternatively, from both Rimini and Riccione, you can take the Metromare —the new public transport system connecting Rimini and Riccione—and get off at the Fiabilandia stop. Mantovani Hotels is a 4-minute walk away.

By plane:
If you're landing at Rimini Fellini Airport, we recommend taking a taxi to Mantovani Hotels. You'll arrive in less than 10 minutes.
